Atlas & Saga is an experience-led wedding planning and design studio, creating celebrations shaped around the people, places and stories that matter most.

We work in close partnership with our couples, building the wedding around what feels meaningful to them rather than following a set formula. We think about the stories already shared and the new ones that will be made around the table, on the dance floor and everywhere in between, then shape the celebration around that sense of connection.

Behind it all is experienced planning, creative leadership and a clear structure that allows the wedding to unfold naturally, while you stay present for the celebration itself.

Full-service wedding planning & design

Our fully guided service is for couples who want expert planning, clear creative direction and the confidence that every aspect of their celebration is being held with love and care.

We take lead on the planning process and develop the creative direction, finding venues and suppliers that suit your vision and helping you make informed decisions about where to invest your budget. Whether you arrive with a clear picture or need help discovering what feels right, you’ll have honest advice and thoughtful recommendations throughout.

The practical side matters just as much as the way the wedding looks and feels. Supplier conversations, production plans and schedules are handled for you, while the guest experience is thought through from the moment people arrive to the way the celebration unfolds across the days around it.

Smaller guest lists can still come with plenty to plan. We bring the same attention to design, hospitality and logistics to intimate celebrations, with support scaled to the occasion and the people sharing it with you.

Destination Weddings

Immersive, multi-day celebrations. A destination wedding is never just the wedding day. Venue search, travel, accommodation, local suppliers and the wider guest experience all need to work together. We bring the planning and local knowledge that helps the whole celebration feel connected from arrival to departure.
